A majlis is not furniture, it is a room-length system: seat bases, back cushions, arm bolsters and often a matching curtain. Everything has to be cut from the same dye lot, or the difference shows the moment the room is lit.
We measure the full run, calculate the fabric in one order, and rebuild the foam to a density that survives daily use rather than sinking within a year.

Frequently asked questions
How long is the majlis out of use?
Ten to twenty working days depending on the length of the run and fabric availability. We can phase a very large majlis in two halves so the room stays partly usable.
Can you copy the original majlis design?
Yes. We photograph and measure every section before stripping it, so seam lines, piping and bolster shapes come back exactly as they were unless you ask to change them.
Which fabric lasts longest in a majlis?
A tight performance weave or a high-rub-count jacquard. Pure velvet looks superb but shows pressure marks quickly in a room used every evening.
