Blind types and where each one works

Roller: Simplest and cheapest. Sunscreen fabric keeps the view while cutting glare — the standard choice for Doha offices.
Zebra / day-night: Alternating sheer and solid bands. Slide to tune light without fully closing. Very popular in new apartments.
Roman: Soft fabric folds. Warmest looking blind, good in bedrooms and majlis where curtains would be too heavy.
Venetian (aluminium): Tilt control, wipeable. Kitchens, pantries, bathrooms and clinics.
Wooden / faux wood: Warm, premium look. Use faux wood in bathrooms and anywhere with high humidity.
