Laminate is the most common wrong choice in Qatar — one leak or a wet mop and the edges swell permanently. SPC costs slightly more and does not care.

Subfloor first

We check three things before quoting: level tolerance, moisture, and whether the existing tile can be overlaid. Most click floors can go straight over sound ceramic tile, which saves demolition cost and days of dust. Where the slab is uneven we self-level first — skipping this is why floors click and lift within a year.

Skirting, thresholds and finish

Price includes underlay, expansion gaps at the perimeter, matching skirting or beading, and door thresholds. We cut door bottoms where needed and remove all waste from site.
