SPC solved the two problems that ruled laminate out of Gulf homes: water and heat. The stone-composite core does not swell when a washing machine leaks, and it does not creep and gap when a room sits at 45°C during a summer handover.
Because it clicks together as a floating floor, it goes straight over sound ceramic — no demolition, no waste skips, no dust.

Frequently asked questions
Can SPC really go over my existing tiles?
Yes, if the tiles are sound and reasonably level. Deep grout lines or a big dip need a self-levelling screed first, which we check during measurement.
What wear layer do I need?
0.3mm is fine for a normal home. Ask for 0.5mm in a shop, clinic or villa entrance where there is heavy traffic and grit gets tracked in.
Is SPC noisy?
Less than tile. The attached underlay damps footfall; if the room below is occupied we add an acoustic underlay for a further reduction.
