Triple for majlis, heavy fabric and wide windows — it holds a deeper, richer fold. Double for bedrooms and lighter fabrics, where a triple pleat would look bulky at the top.
Can pinch pleat curtains be motorised?
Yes, on a motorised track with pleat hooks. On a decorative rod motorisation is not practical — we would move the curtain to a track first.
Do pinch pleats need re-dressing after washing?
Yes. After cleaning we steam and dress the folds on site so each pleat falls in the same line. It is included when we handle the take-down and re-hang.
