Do stage curtains have to be flame retardant?
Most venues in Qatar require it, and any school, hotel or public hall will be asked for certification at inspection. We supply certified FR velour and pass the documentation to you.
Can a stage curtain be motorised?
Yes. Motorised travellers are common in hotel ballrooms and newer theatres, and can be operated from a wall panel or the lighting desk.
How much fabric does a stage curtain need?
Between 50% and 100% fullness depending on whether you want a flat printed backdrop or a deeply gathered main drape. We work it out from the proscenium width at survey.
